Time to update...three years is long enough!

It was time to try the deep south, so I moved to Scottsdale Arizona a year ago with my company. Living the high life in what we call the bubble! There are lots of fancy cars and plastic people. All in all it is an amazing place to live, it's sunny every day.

Not married yet, however dating a great guy named Chris! Congrats to everyone career success and families! hope to hear from any of you sometime!

I spent 5 years in Halifax, graduated from SMU and worked a bit in the insurance industry, but always knew I'd be back in the Valley. It's a great place to live. Hello all! I am going to attempt this again. I tried to update a month ago and it did not update on the site.

Things in My world are great. Bud and I have been married for 5 years this past August. We have two beautiful children, Brendan 31/2, and Kayleigh 1. Bud works as a correctional officer at the local youth institution and I am about to go back to school. Scray I know! I am taking a practical nurse course at the local college in february. Looking forward to the change and the chance to improve myself! Great to read up on what you are all up to! Take Care.

Time to update again. Marty and I have two little girls named Katelyn who is 3 and Lauren who just turned 1. I am teaching grade 7-9 Family Studies, 11 Child Studies and Health & Human Services 12 at the high school and love it. Hi everyone. I was showing our guest from china pictures of MRSH and I thought I should update. Dave and I are in Sackville for another year then it is off to Victoria BC. I have been busy directing shows and performing on stage and a little voice-overing. Every now and then I go to Toronto to audition for big stuff like Disney Cruise Lines or Musical tours but so far I haven't landed anything. I wrote and directed a fringe show and recieved fringe hit last year and now I am teaching private voice lessons at King Edge Hill School. I take care of 45 horse each morning but none of them are mine. Looks like you all have done some exciting things since high school maybe I'll cross paths with you some day.

I haven't been on here in so long; I thought it was time for an update. I'm still living in Vancouver; hoping to get stuck into my photography this year. I met an Aussie just over 2 years ago and we got married in Hawaii in October of 2006. We still haven't fully decided where to settle yet: Canada, England or Australia but at least there's no shortage of choice! Still hoping to make it back to NS for a visit sometime in the future. I have my Agricultural Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan. I currently work at a feed company in Manitoba as a Production Manager. Never thought that would be my career choice when finishing at MRHS.

As I write this I am about to get married. Thats crazy. Anyway take care everybody.

Hi! I just discovered this page and noticed that my sister-in-law had written on it, so I decided to do the same. I just moved from Middleton to Ontario and am persuing work here. After graduating, I worked for a year until I got my Meat Cutting Retail certificate. After a few years working at that, and a lot of problems with the company, I went back to school to be an Operating Engineer. I graduated this past June and now my life is finally shaping up! I wish all of you MRHS grads great success!

Hello again,time for an update I guess. Still living in Halifax with my wife Tammy and our 2 year old son, Elijah. We are expecting again Feb. 19th. Besides that not much else to update.

Hello again everyone...just thought I should update this site since it's been a few years.

After graduating from Acadia University, I went to work for Imperial Oil for a few years. Finally having had my rubber arm twisted enough by Erica Turner, I moved to London, England for a year and a half where I had some of the best times of my life! I moved back to Halifax about three years ago and now work for Nova Scotia Power as a Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator. Along with work, I've been doing my MBA part-time at SMU (not sure when I'll be completed - I don't like to look that far ahead!!)

Recently, I got engaged to a guy from Lower Sackville who is now a police officer for the Halifax city police. On top of planning for the wedding, we also just purchased a townhouse in Bedford which we are moving into next week.

Anyway, I hope that everyone is well and I'm sure I'll be seeing alot of you in the near future.

As an update, I have been working for Sobeys in Stellarton since 2000 - majority if my time spent in the marketing department. Married Shane (fellow Sobeys employee) in September 2004 and welcomed Owen (now 15 months)in December 2005! I just returned back to work after my mat leave and now work as a Business Analyst in the IT department... but i would MUCH rather be home hanging out with Owen :)

Loving the rural life -- its a bit 'less' rural than home so its not so bad :)

Update for me... well, I'm living in the tiny country of Brunei Darussalam, on the island of Borneo in the South China Sea... I am married to the most wonderful gal ever, since 2006 (Polina Khalilova). We met in New Orleans in 2003, dated in Houston, got engaged in Paris, and married in Santorini! So who knows where life will take us next...

I graduated from Dalhousie in 2001 and currently work for a company called Schlumberger... the pay is good, and the traveling is fun (for now)!

No little kiddo-Dondales as of yet, so the world is still safe.

Hello everyone, it has been almost 10 years since we all left MRHS! Wow, time flies. I didn't actually graduate from MRHS but went on to St.Pat's in Halifax to finish there. It is very good to hear that people are getting settled into their lives. As for me: I have moved around quite a bit; Calgary, Toronto, Charlottetown, London(Ontario that is),and the obvious-Halifax(a few times). I am now living in Halifax again, since May, and am working at Manulife Financial. I have had many jobs previously and have gone to University and College. So, have definately been keeping things interesting. No husbands or babies yet. I have met up with some of you here and there for some good reunions! I do make it to Middleton to visit; even though I don't have a home there anymore I like to go back a couple times a year to see all the new changes :) Why is Needs green now?! :)

Congrats to everyone- we've all come a long way baby! Better get back to work!

Well, Thought I'd update this a bit since I haven't done it in a while. I'm still here in Halifax, just finished my QL4 Projects and I'm Getting ready for my QL (qualification level) 5 course, then I'll be doing my PLQ (primary Leadership Qualification) course. Life is still very buisy, just the way I like it although I'm starting to get a bit restless, I don't like to spend too much time in one spot so I've got to put the screws to the career manager to get us out to BC! It's been nice to come back for a visit though, I've seen some friends and my family too which was cool but right now I'm totally consumed with my job (I hate writing cutlines!) If you want to see some of my work just pick up a copy of the Trident, a military newspaper, and I usually have a story in there! Well that's aboot it for now, time to kick back with a beer!

It's about time to update. I've had 3 beautiful babies. Charlotte (September 10-23, 2005), Gabriil, and Violet.

I am a Resource & Methods teacher in Moncton, and I am almost finished my M.Ed.

We are considering moving to Arizona...so stay tuned.

Hi everybody. Just found this site. I've done a lot of travelling in the past 11 years. I started out living in Kentville attending Kingstec trying to be an accountant, hated it and quit.

Moved on to Britex, left to drive tractor trailer long haul, hated it, went to TRA in Middleton. Stayed to 4.5 years, met a wonderful girl from Corner Brook Newfoundland, moved there selling suits, came back, started at Michelin.

Now we are engaged, have a beautiful little boy named Zachary, and have another due in July. We bought a house in Nictaux and a mini van 2 months ago. Life sure can change a lot in just a few years. I'd love to hear from anyone.

Figured I would add an update...I am still in Saint John. Never thought I would stay here that long. Still working at Fujitsu Consulting but am no longer programming (thank god!) I now am a lead analyst for our IT helpdesk. That is pretty much it....love to hear from some of you.

After graduation, I spent three more years in school in Germany, then graduated here in 1999. Worked for a bank, studied town planning, moved 1000km to the north to Sweden (guess I missed the Canadian climate, eh?) studied and worked there for more than three years.

After having lived on almost the same latitude as Whitehorse I moved back to Germany and now I am in Hamburg again.

Thanks for the wonderful memories, I'll never forget M.R.H.S. and the good time I've had.

Well, time for a little update I suppose. Nice to hear that everyone is doing so well.

Since my last update I'm married and am a new home owner so it's been a busy year. No babies yet but lots of nieces and nephews to keep us busy! I'm still working for the bank in Halifax.

Hey hey! I just found out about this site. It is so nice to know how everyone is doing.

After high school, I went to Acadia and graduated with a BSc in Environemntal Science. I worked for almost a year with that and then returned to school. I graduated from Memorial Univeristy in Newfoundland in 2002 with my Masters in Environmental Science. I am living in Princeton, Newfoundland. I am a substitute science teacher and spend the summers on the water doing communications research with whales. I plan to go back to school in September to do my BEd.

Hello everyone!

Man I can't believe graduation was over seven years ago; my truck isn't even that old!..

After graduating MRHS in 1996 I went on to Kingstec to take the two year Radio and Television Arts course where I foccused mostly on radio. During my time at Kingstec I volunteered an endless amount of time at Annapolis Valley Radio in Middleton and Kentville. As part of the course at Kingstec, I was also involved in doing the overnight radio shows on AVR. During my second year at Kingstec I specialized in radio. At graduation I was offerd a part time at Bragg Communications (now EastLink -Aylesford) as a Program Coordinator.

Currently I still work for EastLink Television as a full time Assistant Producer. I do everything from news reporting, to camera work, producing the cooking show (great fun!!), and helping with the live sports coverage.

My passion is stil with radio -it stays in your blood, you know! I plan to make the switch to radio at smempoint in life...

I bought my great aunt's 100 year old home in Nictaux Falls. I haven't moved in yet as the place needs major work...

It's great to have a place where MRHS grads can leave their mark. It's still hard to believe we graduated seven years ago!! I hope everyone from '96 is staying out of trouble...

Hey all, I got an e-mail from one of you recently which reminded me that this site even existed! I figured I should update my info in case anyone comes on here looking for me (yeah right!)

I'm currently working for a company called Quest Software which is where I've been since I finished college. I'm living in Halifax but I'm getting extremely bored so I wouldn't be surprised if I up and move sometime soon...

I also work for a couple of local promoters who do raves and various concerts/bar nights, if any of you are ever in the city get in touch and we'll find something to do ;)

After spending enough time in MRHS, I went to NSAC in Truro and will graduate with a Diploma in Animal Science in May 2000. I am starting a job in Canning on a pig farm and will eventually move back to the Middleton area within a few years. See everyone at the reunion.

After thinking it would be great to catch up with Padraic sometime I actually ran into him last night in Middleton. I enjoyed catching up so much the first thing I thought of was this site. I am so happy that most of you have been coming back here. Keep it going because I love hearing how everyone is doing. Congrats on all of the career success, love, and babies :)

I am in Halifax with Theresa [formerly Gallant], we've been ecstatically married for 2 1/2 years. I have been blessed more than I would have had any right to expect.

Still architecting and developing software in Halifax. I am now with a Phoenix based company where we build . I can honestly say I love what I do - of course, we all have the occasional work "BS" that doesn't get included in that.

Still active - playing basketball, "training", golf in the summer, etc. I may not be walking as well in a few years, but if I go down I’ll go down swinging :)

I've been wondering what happened to you all after High School! It's great to see everyone is doing great! As many of you know, Brent Foster (Also Grad of '96) and I got married in July of 2000. What you may not know is that in August 2004 we had a baby boy, Cale Brent Foster. We have been enjoying parenthood, in fact I enjoy it so much that I won't be going back to work. (I used to work in the Registrar's office at Atlantic Baptist University.) We have been living in Moncton for nearly 3 years now and we bought our first house 2 years ago. We get home every now and then but not nearly as often as I'd like. It's always so nice to see that Middleton never changes. If you are ever in the Moncton area make sure you look us up!

Hello everyone. I have been living in Strathmore Albeta just twenty minutes outside of Calgary. I have been here since Nov 1997 and worked at a feedlot with 50 000 head of beef cattle. I worked there for four and ahalf years. Then I went to work in the oil patch running heavy equipment which is what I still do today. When I first started in the oil patch I was in a ball tournament where I feel and broke my neck. I have 2 pins 5 screw and a bone out of my in my neck now. I have been traveling alot lately , last Nov I was in Mexico and in March I was In Greece and Italy for a month. Right now I'am home looking to buy a piece of land or a house back here in the vally as an investment till next spring when i plan to move back home. I'm heading west again soon to go back to work till Nov then me and my better half are going to africa on an African Safari for 24 days. SO this is what i have been up to since high school. I hope everyone is doing good and take care!!!!!!

I'm in the military now, just got in Nov.06.

I am on course in Kingston On. to become a avs tech. which fixes electronics in the aircraft. I'm married and have three daughters ages six,four and two.

I just wanted to update everybody. My husband Brian and I had an addition to our family in July. We now have a little boy as well as our little girl. I am off on Maternity leave now, but I am still selling Tupperware part-time, so let me know if you need anything.

Didn't graduate at MRHS, moved on the Bridgetown and went from G12 (but danged if I can remember the year...it's been that long!!!) out to Alberta to work at a resort called the Crossing. From there, it was a short stay at Britex and then 5 years in the military. Somewhere in there I part-timed it working for CAA in Toronto and now work with Convergys in Cornwallis as a team leader.

I've also been a firefighter going on 3 years now and moonlight as a database programmer and graphic designer. No papers on the wall yet but working towards a degree in IT.

Nice to see a place like this exists. Cheers! :D

Greetings, people of MRHS. If you attended MRHS between 1992, and '96, you may remember me. I've lived in Calgary since '98, where I learned how to snowboard while taking Aircraft Maintenance Engineering at SAIT. Currently, I am working for a charter aircraft company in Yellowknife, NT and plan to return to Calgary next year. (Him, fixing airplanes? scarey thought)

I noticed that it was time for an update!

I finished my BA degree in Edmonton, AB before I moved to the US to be with my American sweetie! I am now married and living just outside of Seattle. I am not legally able to work here in the states for a few months so I'm currently enjoying being a newlywed!! It's beautiful here, warm and lush and green and I love it!

I still can't believe that it was 10 years ago we graduated (I actually graduated from St. Pat's in Hali)!!

I'll be making a trip home next summer and I know I'll definitely see a few of you!

I can't believe I found this site. I must say the most surprising and coolest part was to see that Erica Morris married Brent Foster. Do you guys remember grade 7?! Too weird, how amazing it is to see lives change.

I moved from Middleton after grade 7 (1991) to move to California. We were there for two years, moved to Comox, BC for another two years and then moved to Abbotsford, BC where I graduated. Met my now husband just after high school. We married in 2003. On August 11, 2005 we added a little boy to the mix Tyler Nicholas Boon.

I'm working as a legal assistant. We have a house in Chilliwack and living life to the fullest.

Well, I think it is past due for me to update my space. After teaching in Japan I did some teaching and back-packing in Europe. For the last 2 year I have been working at a school for children with behavioral and emotional disorders. Job is stressful but going well! Life is good! feel free to send e-mails and play catch up!

I figured it was time for an update. I am happily engaged to a wonderful man and a great step dad to my son. I was working at Avery's in Greenwood but I have been off for awhile suffering with back pain and severe headaches. I am enjoying the time home with my son though. Wedding is set for next spring.
