Well I just happened upon this, what a wonderful way to see what everyone has been up to over the years. I am currently posted at NDHQ Ottawa with the Canadian Forces, I have been here for 5 years now and love the Capital Region. I have been married for 5 years and have 3 beautiful children. Hey 1994 grads! It has been a while since I updated this. I hope all is well with everyone. Here is my update: My husband and I have 2 beautiful boys, Xavier (born Aug 2004), and Henry (born Dec 2002).

I graduated from Acadia Univeristy in 1999 with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree and have been living in Ontario since then.

June 2005-

I am currently finishing my third year teaching in China. It has been an amazing experience but it is time for something new. I will be home this summer for a few weeks and then it is off to the Bahamas to teach Chemistry and Biology. I always love to hear from others and get an update.

October 2003 I have just moved to Sydney with the love of my life, Scott Squires and my son Ethan. Ethan has started primary (I can't believe he's 5 already!) and Scott is the new assistant producer for Eastlink TV. (the reason for the move.) Hey Everyone! My husband, Jamie, and I have moved to Grand Cayman. He is an accountant, and works for a captive company here. I am working for the owner of The Ritz-Carlton. We are having fun living and working in the hot, sunny climate. I love having a Caribbean vacation every weekend. My Mom and Dad are taking care of our "kids", Henry our cat and Quila our dog until we fly them down here in May. I am currently living in saint john, and help to manage a 180, 15 building condo complex where I live in Forestview Condominiums and Suites in East Saint John. I also waitress at nights at Swiss Chalet. I have 3 gorgeous kids, Mikayla 12 in December, and 2 boys ages 2 & 3. I am engaged and have been involved for 5 years. Loving my life. I guess it's time for an update. Joe and I moved into our house at the end of March, 2007. Then on June 30, 2007 we were married in Halifax. We are settling in and enjoying married life. Right now, it's just us and our cat, but we are hoping to add to the family before too long. :)

In September we are both going back to school, at Dalhousie. I'm planning to major in Physics with a Minor in French. Joe, is going into the Classics program. He is working towards a Doctorate and is hoping to teach at a University teaching Classics/Theology/Philosophy. Lots of fun times ahead!

After graduating, I spent four years at Acadia University and then moved to the South Shore where I am currently living with my wife Diane. I currently work in the logistics department at High Liner Foods in Lunenburg.

Hey! Guess it's time for an update – it’s been a few years! Graduated from Acadia University in 97 with a BA in Sociology, then went to College of Geographic Science & graduated in 00 with Computer Programming. Worked as a software programmer for an insurance software company for a few years, then decided it was time for a change(& still wanted to live in the Valley) & have been an insurance agent for the past 4 years. Bought a house in 2005 in Hidden Valley Sub, not married, no kids, just a fiancé & our cat - Jinx! Planning our wedding for Summer 2008. Hope everyone is happy & doing well - send an e-mail anytime!

Took a couple years off after school & eventually went to the College of Geographic Sciences, getting my computer programming diploma. Moved out west after that & never did find a job in the industry. Currently working as a brake press operator - punch press operator, working with sheet metal at DIRTT Environmental Solutions.

Hello everybody! Things have changed a little bit for me since high school as I am sure they did for most of you as well. After spending a few years trying to figure out life, I decided to cut my own path, which has led me to working as an aerospace engineer with the military. I'm not building bombs or anything like that but the work is interesting and I am having a lot of fun.

I graduated from SMU in 1998 with a B.Comm. Currently work at an investment firm in Halifax. I'd love to hear from any fellow grads of MRHS!

I would love to hear from fellow MRHS grads. There's not a whole lot of news to report since graduation except a lot more school (and lots of fun, of course)! I graduated with my M.Ed. from Acadia University and am currently working as a Disability Specialist at Southern New Hampshire University. I am also an adjunct English professor at SNHU and teach/develop Education courses at Acadia. Alex and I will be getting married in July 2006. I hope everyone is well and happy. Feel free to e-mail!

Thinking back on those "Good Old School Days" hanging with the "Gang". They know who they are. Those memories will never be forgotten. I am now married to Jason Weaver and have a son named Owen Raymond Weaver. He is now 5 years old, 75lbs and 4 feet 4 inches tall "Big Boy" who loves to go to Fitness Expereince Gym to work out. He has since he was 3 years old. He gets that from Jason. He will be starting school in Sept 2006. Where does the time go. He has Jason's looks and the big brown eyes and red hair like me. That's just says mischief! My family is all doing great. I am still working for TRA Atlantic, 10 years already. It was really nice to see what everyone has been up to. I graduated from Bob Jones University in '98 with my bachelor's in history and then went on for my Master's of Education in history. Now I'm working for the university writing history textbooks for Christian schools. Just this past May ('02) I married a beautiful girl I met down here. Betsy and I are very happy, although we may be moving up north to Illinois to get back to the cold weather. E-mail me if you get a chance.

After leaving Middleton in 1999, I moved to Kentville Nova Scotia where I started a relationship with my long time crush Derek Bent. We settled in Truro where we had a daughter, Carly, in 2000. We were married in 2001. We had another daughter named Hadley in 2004 and a son, Cameron, in 2008. I stay at home with our children and I really enjoy it. We are a pretty busy family but love our life!

Well it has been 5 years since my last update!! Bought a house on the ocean just outside of Halifax/Dartmouth - a sweet little oasis! Spent many many months renovating .... now sitting back to enjoy for awhile. Like usual I will not stay in one place very long!! (I can hear Sandra laughing at me!!!)

I am working with EHS (Department of Health, Emergency Health Services Nova Scotia) ....allowing me to buy the things I want in life and TRAVEL!! No kids, no cats, no dogs....too much on the go!!

Jon and I welcomed Owen Maxwell Friesen into our lives on September 17th, 2007. We are absolutely thrilled and loving parenthood.

I am taking the year off from teaching and so far I'm really enjoying my time at home. Our plans are to spend Thanksgiving at Fairmont Hot Springs with the whole Friesen clan, and then Christmas will be spent here in our home. I hope to take Owen home to meet some of his aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family this spring.

Time for an update. I am now selling real estae in Greenwood. I work for Exit Realty Town and Country. I have been doing this for the past two years. Matt and I still own our own business, we bought another business because we are not busy enough! The kids are growing and getting older, Nick is 7 and Anna is 5. Is is nice to see all the people who take the time to fill this out. It would be nice to hear from people!

I married Janet Ritcey in 2002 and we now have a 2 year old daughter Camryn and a 2 month old son Zacary. Hard to believe I'm a Husband and a Dad.

Well, it's been some time since my last update, and alot has changed... so I figured I would update.

I graduated from SMU in 1999 with a BCom, and have been employed with Frito-Lay Canada ever since. I enjoy the sales job, and the hours are great. In the winter I also contract out my own little snow removal operation... nothing serious, just me and my truck!! Now if it would just snow a little so I can make some extra coin!!!

I met a wonderful girl, Shannon, about 2 years ago, we bought a house in beautiful Boutilier's Point just outside the city, and added a dog and a cat to the family. We got engaged near the end of August this year, and are in planning on getting married August 5th 2007. That is as long as she can put up with me for another year!! Time to settle down, who would have thunk it???

It's been three years since my last update, so here's the good stuff. I am still a Naval Officer living in Halifax with my fiancee Charleen Squires, a real sweet gal!! Still playing hockey and whacking the golf ball around the green pastures. Still talk to some of you but not as many as I should, so drop a line so we can catch up on old times. Later Blues fans.

I am currently working as an Electronics Tech for the navy. I am a civilian working for DND, so I am not actually Navy, but I am a Federal Gov't employee with a Union. Life is good. I left MRHS for Annapolis Royal in 1992. After graduating from there I attended Acadia for two years towards an Engineering degree. But one summer I wandered out to the rockies and have never turned back. I have been working 3-4 days a week (my own choice) for the past 5 years and enjoying every moment off. I spend my time snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking and travelling. Enjoying life to the fullest!
